We ship via UPS and FedEx. Once packages have been picked up, shipments are generally delivered within 2 - 7 days within the 48 contiguous states. Tracking information for your shipment will be emailed once package is on its way.

All Pedal Cars, pedal planes and tricycles ship free to continental USA.

E-CHECK PURCHASES: Please be aware that all purchases made via Paypal with e-check will be processed as soon as the e-check clears our account. Clearance for e-checks usually takes up to 4 business days.

CANADIAN ORDERS: Most of our products are also available for shipment to Canada. Please email kerry@pedalcarpower.com to request information on availability, shipping rates and time frame for shipment deliveries. Additional UPS Brokerage Fees may apply for shipments outside of the United States. Please supply us with the shipping address and product information so that we can provide details as quickly as possible. Duties, taxes, brokerage and any related importing fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Returns

All of our specialty items are sold as a final sale. Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects (as determined by Manufacturer). If the return is due to damage or our shipping error, notify us immediately kerry@pedalcarpower.com so that we can arrange a pick up.
Replacement will ONLY be made for the same model.
A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not shipped. An order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
