Refunds and Returns

All of our specialty items are sold as a final sale. Returns will be accepted only on damaged merchandise or manufacturing defects (as determined by Manufacturer). If the return is due to damage or our shipping error, notify us immediately kerry@pedalcarpower.com so that we can arrange a pick up.

Replacement
will ONLY be made for the same model.
A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not
shipped. An order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
